Bruce Baker
President
Bruce has been building homes for more than 45 years. He is a graduate of Trinity University with a degree in Business Administration and Homebuilding. Bruce has been active in the Boerne community for over 35 years and is involved in a variety of Christian ministries. Currently he is Vice President of Word Ministries International. Bruce has been married to Sheryl for 50 years, has 3 grown boys and 10 grandchildren.
Larry Marbach
Vice President
Larry coordinates and supervises the on-site construction in the building of your home. He comes from a long line of German craftsmen and is a master carpenter that can do just about anything with wood. Larry has been a participating owner at B.W. Baker for over 30 years. Larry has been married to Pam for 47 years, has 4 grown kids and 5 grandchildren.
Tommy Edwards
Project Manager
Tommy has been in the Construction Industry for more than 28 years specializing in the healthcare, higher education, industrial and custom homes. He is a second generation builder with a vast knowledge in various aspects of construction. Tommy is active in the community through the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and multiple ministry groups and has been with B.W. Baker for the last 9 years. Tommy has been married to his wife Jennifer for 15 years with a combined total of 11 kids and 7 grandkids.
Jason Farias
Project Manager
Jason completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio. After working several years for an engineering firm, Jason found that his heart was in residential construction. Jason accepted the role as a project manager for a local production builder, which led to his career as a custom home builder. While attending UTSA, Jason met his wife Beth and they are the proud parents of two boys. Jason enjoys watching his boys play various sports at Champion High.
Erica Gonsalves
Designer
Erica Gonsalves was born and raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Before starting her own Interior Design business in early 2022, she spent her post high school years working for designers and builders, along with receiving her diploma from the Interior Design Institute. Her goal is to create an interpersonal personal relationship with each client and help design a home of their dreams. Erica is newly married to Nick. and is a proud mama to her mini Australian Shepherd, Harper.
Laurie Macafee
Office Manager
Laurie has served as Office Manager since 2013. As a self-proclaimed administrative nerd, Laurie enjoys keeping clients organized and up to date with their selection’s budget. Laurie has been married to her Irish-born husband for 30 years, has 2 grown boys whom she adores, and enjoys spoiling her Caribbean dog and very fat cat. Her claim to fame comes from writing and publishing her faith-based romance novel, Finding Forever.
